We provide shipping options based on the type, size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping rates may vary for single pallets, multiple pallets, and freight shipments. Available shipping costs are calculated based on order details and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, pallet weight, carrier schedule, and freight availability. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Order Processing: 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Freight Delivery: 5-12 business days after carrier pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking or freight delivery information will be provided by email where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.

Pallets are prepared for standard or freight handling based on the order type, size, weight, and product category. Packaging methods may vary depending on the pallet contents, carrier requirements, and freight handling needs.

Returns and Refunds

At Pallets Depots USA, we want customers to understand our return process clearly before placing an order. Because liquidation pallets are sold as bulk inventory lots, product mix, quantity, packaging, retail value, and condition may vary from pallet to pallet.

Eligibility for Returns

  • General Returns: Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your pallet arrives damaged or does not match the product description, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, order details, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition received and must include all included merchandise, packaging, and documentation where applicable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer support team by email or through our website contact form. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item or pallet carefully and send it to the return address provided in the return authorization instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item or pallet is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
  • Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered depending on the order issue, product condition, and return review.

Restocking Fees

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for approved general returns that are not due to damage, incorrect shipment, or seller error.

Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as final sale items, mystery boxes, or heavily discounted clearance pallets. Any return exclusions must be clearly stated on the individual product page before purchase.
